FOR STARTERS- The track administration does not refund organizations for rain. Motorcycles are raced around the world in rain on specified rain tires. If you are uncomfortable riding in the rain, my staff and myself suggest you purchase rain insurance . All track days are on Fridays. You have until the Thursday at 8:00am before the event to cancel. Should you cancel, your track day admission only will be refunded. The insurance is NON REFUNDABLE

WHERE:: NEW YORK SAFETY TRACK (395 Zimmerman rd DAVENPORT NY) - i suggest you book a hotel stay in the town of ONEONTA NY for a good rest on Thursday before Fridays event.. mention the “track” for a discount on your stay.
SCHEDULE:: MOTORCYCLE TECH INSPECTION (7:30AM) AT TOP OF PADDOCK AND MORNING MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY. (8:30AM SHARP) located under the white tent at the Top of the paddock They outline the day, they are designed to display all rules and safety precautions. IF YOU MISS MORNING MEETING YOU CANNOT RIDE UNTIL YOU MEET WITH A 22 MOTOWERKS COACH
9AM- TRACK IS HOT.
9 -9:15 Experts ride
9:15-9:30 Intermediate’s ride
9:30-9:45 Novice’ ride
9:45-10 Intro group/ First Timers ride (NO PASSING IN THIS GROUP)
sxhedule repeats every hour until 12pm-1pm (lunch)
2pm-5pm rotation continues til end of day.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL . IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND, YOU CAN TRANSFER TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE INFORM MYSELF.
please have proof of payment available during tech inspection.
SUIT / GEAR RENTAL:: SUITS , GLOVES & BOOTS are available for rent. This is handled fully by the track administration. Contact Victoria at 917 615 5355 with any suit/ gear rental questions.
CAMPING/ GATE LOCKING EVENING TIMES:: THE GATE TO ENTER THE TRACK CLOSES AT 10PM. IF YOU MISS THE GATE, CONTACT THE NUMBER POSTED FOR A TRACK FOREMAN. GATES OPEN AT 6AM THE NEXT MORNING.. IF YOU ARE CAMPING, THERE IS A FEE FOR THIS. CONTACT TRACK FOR THAT AMOUNT, I BELIEVE IT IS A $40 STAY.
LUNCH:: YOU CAN BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH, GRILLS, HOT PLATES , SKILLETS ETC. PROPANE IS ALLOWED. Lunch options TBA.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE PROVIDED, A LINK WILL BE POSTED WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR SHOTS AS NEEDED.
MERCHANDISE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.
